Dynapac Rotating Co. is concerned with the privacy and security of all interent users.
As a part of the operation of dynapacrotating.com, certain information is gathered about those who use the site. Dynapac would like you to know what information is gathered and how it is used.
Personal data is collected when users provide information to Dynapac, for example in registering an account and purchasing items. When you register or request information on this site, you generally need to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, day phone number, and credit cardholder information (only when ordering products). In addition, if you send Dynapac personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, such information may be collected into a specific file for you.
Dynapac Rotating Co. uses your information for billing and shipping purposes only and does not sell, trade or rent your personal data to third parties without prior permission from you.
The security of all personally identifiable information associated with users of the Dynapac site is of great concern. Dynapac implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Once your transaction is received, Dynapac uses its reasonable best efforts to ensure the information is secure on their systems. When credit card information is transmitted, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology is used. Any Account information you enter on the Dynapac site is password-protected so that only you can access it. You should not divulge your password or user identification number to anyone. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while Dynapac strives to protect your personal information, Dynapac Rotating Co. can't ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Dynapac, and you do so at your own risk.
If Dynapac made the mistake, we will make it right. If the customer orders the wrong product, or doesn’t need it, we will still help, according to the following guidelines:
Standard Indoor Units: No restocking fee for standard “off the shelf” units that are returned in new condition up to 30 days after the original purchase of the product.
Standard Outdoor Units: No restocking fee IF customer purchases a different outdoor unit at the time of return. Otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to any standard outdoor rotator unit returned within 30 days after the original purchase of the product.
Standard Parts (on the shelf): No restocking fee for parts that are returned in new condition up to 30 days after the original purchase of the product.
Non-Standard/Special Parts: A restocking fee will be charged for all special, non-standard rotator units or parts. The restocking fee will be calculated on a case by case basis. If a Non-Standard unit can be converted back into a standard product, the cost to convert will be charged. If an item is completely non-standard and custom, no refund will be given.
Any products that are returned with damage or evidence of abuse will be assessed and charged a re-stocking fee (depending on the condition of the unit).
All Freight charges relating to customer returns are non-refundable.
All Dynapac units and accessories are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Detailed warranty explanation is available.
